I remember the days spent cooking with my mother—when the kitchen wasn’t just a room, it was our world. We practically lived there, surrounded by the clatter of pots, the scent of simmering sauce, and the laughter of family drifting in like music.

Every gathering drew the usual suspects: cousins, neighbors, old friends who knew the drill. They didn’t just show up for the food; they came for the ritual. The stories. The joy. Even though the food didn’t always turn out perfectly, the day always did. Between sipping and stirring, someone was always telling a tale from years past, and I always walked away having learned something new.

Those moments—imperfect, loud, and full of love—are the ones that shaped our traditions. They’re the soul of my cooking. And they’re the reasons I do what I do.

Chef Bo continues to expand his product line. Alongside his beloved Pork and Chicken Sausages in a variety of flavors, he also offers his precooked and ready-to-heat-and-serve homemade Lasagna, Baked Ziti, Eggplant Parmesan, Chicken Parmesan, Sicilian Meatballs, and Pasta Fagioli. Chef Bo also has a variety of classic sauces.  You can purchase these delicious Italian dishes at any of his Farmers’ markets or schedule a delivery. We promise not to tell your family and guests that you didn’t prepare them yourself.
