Chef Bo continues to add to his product line. In addition to the many varieties of Pork and Chicken Sausage, he also offers homemade Sicilian Meatballs, Sausage Lasagna, and a vegetarian favorite, Baked Eggplant Romano! Chef Bo has recently added Chicken Parm dinners, Cheese and Parsley Pork Sausage, Pastika Relish which is an amazing 70-year-old recipe with pure extra virgin olive oil! You can purchase these delicious Italian dishes at any of the Farmers Markets. The Meatballs, Sausage Lasagna, and Eggplant are precooked and ready for you to heat and serve. We promise not to tell your family and guests that you didn’t prepare them yourself.
